Disputes must be received in writing no later than 60 days after the billed date, and may only be submitted by the student account holder. Disputes from parents or other third-parties will not be considered. Include the student's Name, Student ID number, amount in dispute and the reason for the dispute. Any undisputed balance must be paid by the due date for that item. Mail disputes to:
