Disputes for Late Charges
Students may dispute the following late charges with the Bursar's Office:
- Late Payment Charge
- Unpaid Tuition Charge
- Past Due Balance Charge
Disputes must be received in writing (emailed to bursar@arizona.edu or mailed to our USPS mailing address) no later than 60 days after the billed date, and may only be submitted by the student account holder. Disputes from parents or other third-parties will not be considered. Include the student's name and ID number, amount in dispute, and the reason for the dispute. Any undisputed balance must be paid by the due date for that item.
