Account Statements

Starting in January 2025, all account statements will only be available only online

Account Statements are produced each month and are only accurate as of the day they are created. 

View Account Statements

Students can view account statement by logging in to UAccess Student Center and accessing the interface managed by Nelnet, the current third-party processor for account payments through QuikPAY. 

  • Go to the Bursar Account tab.
  • Select Make Payment/View Bill from the dropdown list.
  • In the View & Pay Accounts window, choose View PDF.
    • You will have access to download and print a PDF of your statement
  • Opt in to receive text alerts when a statement is available. Set up text notifications under User Preferences. 

Students and any authorized guests will receive a monthly email statement notifications if there has been account activity since the last statement. The email will come from noreply@nelnet.net with the subject line: Your University of Arizona Statement is Available Online. Students and guests can opt in to receive text message notifications.

Adding a Guest

Students may share their account statements with family members or other authorized guests added by them in UAccess. To add a guest, log in to the UAccess Student Center:

  • Go to Personal tab.
  • Choose Guest Manager from the dropdown list
  • Select Add New Guest and fill in the required details

Once added, guests will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account.

Fall
  • Fall tuition & fees are typically included on the July statement, but the July statement will not reflect any anticipated Financial Aid
Winter
  • Winter tuition & fees will appear on the January statement, however they are due in December
  • Students will not receive an account statement prior to the due date; however, the student is sent an email notifying them to pay by the due date
Spring
  • Spring tuition & fees are typically included on the December statement, but the December statement will not reflect any anticipated Financial Aid
Summer
  • Summer tuition & fees are typically included on the May statement, but the May statement will not reflect any anticipated Financial Aid

Itemized Statements

Students can access an itemized statement in UAccess Student by:

  1. Logging into Student Center using their NetID and password
  2. Navigating to the Bursar Account tab on the Student Center dashboard main menu.
  3. Selecting Bursar Dashboard
  4. From the Accounts Summary page, choosing the term they would like an itemized receipt for.
  5. Selecting Print Statement. Once processed, a popup will appear that says View Attachment

The file will open in a new browser page and can be saved to the student's device. 

Itemized statements are only accurate as of the day they are created. These are not official bills.

Courtesy Bills

Students can also easily access an itemized statement in UAccess Student (see directly above).

To receive funds to cover school expenses from an outside agency or third-party entity, students may send them a Courtesy Bill.
